Who we are
Shanti Realtors was started by Rachit, who began by helping a handful of families find rentals in Thane and refused to let the business outgrow the personal attention that made it work. Fifteen years and over 3,000 homes rented later, that's still the model: a tight focus on Thane and a few trusted pockets of Mumbai, rather than a sprawling, anonymous listings book.
We work Thane and select Mumbai neighbourhoods only — deep knowledge of a few areas beats shallow coverage of many.
Title checks, society NOCs, RERA status — explained in plain language before you sign anything.
We won't call you seven times a day. If a home is right, you'll know — and we'll wait for that.
